We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our returns system.  We apologize for the difficulties this can cause.  To begin processing your return, please email us at customerservice@autopartsplace.com.  In the subject line type your Order number followed by the word “return”.  

Please include the following information in your email:

  • * Your Name
  • * Your Phone Number
  • * Your Email Address
  • * A detailed description of why you are returning the part.


Please do not send your part back to us without receiving a RAN 1st.  This will result in your package being refused and a delay in your refund.

** NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RAN (Return Authorization Number)
** Returns older than 30 Days from purchase will not be accepted
** We DO NOT accept CODs
** Shipments without the RAN listed on the outside of the package may not be accepted
